The pool was heated, and I enjoyed delicious drinks in the main bar. the room I had was updated and compact, complete with a bathroom and AC. the breakfast options were tasty, and I liked the variety. - the staff was excellent, offering quick check-in and a late check-out. - the location was fantastic and beautiful, with cafes and restaurants nearby.

We greatly enjoyed staying here, it's upscale and luxurious hotel with efficient staff from the servers to the desk personnel to the housekeepers. The location in a fairly quiet area was marvellous and beautiful and there were a bakery and boutiques nearby.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency was exceptional. The hotel is located in a ritzy area, offering a luxurious experience from start to finish. The room amenities were top-notch and the breakfast buffet was of the highest standard. I particularly appreciated the complementary bottled water and the option to indulge in Evian. The presence of patrolling police in the area also added a sense of security. With a great selection of high-quality restaurants and bars within walking distance, there was never a shortage of dining options.

It was frustrating to experience such a significant price difference for the same distance without traffic.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The neighborhood of Polanco is amazing, with beautiful parks, museums, and delicious restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and always went the extra mile to help. The breakfast food was good, but the bakery was absolutely amazing! The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
