The hotel lacks adequate staffing for peak times!!! I experienced delays in issue resolution and confusion over meal vouchers on multiple occasions!!! Would appreciate improved communication between staff members!!!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the Club on the 40th floor. Breakfast was delicious and so handy after a long day exploring the city with four kids. The view and atmosphere really added to our experience.
In my wife’s opinion, some more variety in the kid-friendly food options would be great.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The room was spacious and airy with an very nice view that made the whole stay feel elevated not to mention the AC was silent which actually helped me sleep better at night. Plus, after a long day exploring, it was so nice that the restaurant offered decent food options so we didn't have to venture out.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly for what we got, it felt acceptable.

The location was perfect for exploring, and the gym facilities were top-notch. Can't forget how clean our room was, and the breakfast spread was really impressive!
One downside was the coffee bar. the donuts were stale when we went there. It was a small issue compared to our overall experience, but worth mentioning.

I had a wonderful stay while exploring the nearby attractions such as the Chapultepec Park and the Soumaya Museum. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily stroll to museums and beautiful parks. I enjoyed my spacious room, which offered stunning views of the city. However, the breakfast options became repetitive over the days and could have been more varied. Overall, it was a satisfying experience during my short visit.
